Public site + internal document console

Records-work practice, modern surface
Document Scanning, Digitization and Records Support — a discipline that’s usually presented in beige Word templates. Here it gets an editorial cream-on-paper design system with a capability stamp (Secure / Disciplined / Reliable) doubling as the trust anchor.

Six core service detail tiles
Document Scanning · Bulk Digitization · Data Entry & Indexing · Image Processing & Quality Checks · Digital Archival Support · On-site Project Execution.
Each tile links to a project-history view inside the JWT- protected /docs console with state-tracked uploads (draft / review / approved) and an audit trail per action.
The /docs console
Internal upload, filter, audit-trail view, per-document state machine. JWT session gated, lint + typecheck gated deploys, end- to-end TypeScript strict mode.
What I learned
- Public + internal in one repo is a real productivity win when both move together — atomic deploys, shared design system, staff console gets marketing-grade polish.
- Audit trails are a feature, not a side effect. Internal users trust a console that shows them who changed what when. Build the trail from day one.
- Typecheck-gated deploys stop a class of bugs from ever reaching production. Worth the 30-second cost.
